He has worked as Operations Manager (Prepress and Press) for leading publishers in India and abroad. His work experience includes Quality and Prepress Manager at a leading printing house in Singapore where he has implemented and managed ISO 9000 & ISO 14000 standards.
Nalla is instrumental in designing the automation workflows and conversion tools for the Vikatan Group and this process automation is a boon to the ePublishing industry. He has sound technical background, international exposure, training and management skills.

A. Duut (Ton)
VP – Business Development
Ton is an Engineering Graduate specialized in Pre-Press Technology. He has over 20 years of experience in the Publishing industry. He has worked as Production Director and Vice President for leading STM and Legal publishers in US, UK and Europe. Ton’s experience includes next to managing data conversion projects for the most prestigious publishers and organizations also outsourcing/off-shoring projects.

VP - Technical and Marketing
Sundar heads the technical and marketing team. He is a postgraduate and has 15 years of experience in the publishing Industry. He has worked for leading books and journal publishers across the world.
Technical managers who have minimum 10 years experience in typesetting, template design, graphic design, data conversion and content digitization support the technical department.

R. Ravichandran (Ravi)
VP - Operations and Human Resource
The operations team is headed by Ravi who is a Science and Law graduate with 10 years of experience. He is responsible for organizational structure and pricing models for different service verticals. He is in charge of corporate policies related to operations and human resources, and is instrumental in setting up a streamlined recruitment and selection process as well as for resource planning. The operations department is supported by Quality and Production Managers who have more than 10 years experience working with leading publishers and typesetting houses.
